With the LES MILLS Convention we offer a special goody for everybody who likes to give it all. Hall 8 will become „LES MILLS Country“ during FIBO 2010 for the second time. 10 NATIONAL TRAINER will bring the hall in altogether 32 classes (8 classes per day) to the boil. Here the biggest provider of group fitness programmes worldwide gives you the opportunity to try out the new LES MILLS programmes which won´t be released until July 2010!

Of course, the participants will not only be able to take part in the different classes, but also relax at the LES MILLS Lounge during the breaks and have a little refreshment in order to become fit again.
Every fitness-enthusiast and of course also the LES MILLS instructors can participate. The presenters will be happy to answer questions after the master classes.

The application fee includes, besides all sessions of the day and the refreshments, also the entrance ticket for FIBO.
